Plots:Meet the English colleagues and discuss cultural differences in business area with them.

Roles:Commercial Director; Director General; Sales Manager; Sales Manager from Togliatty; secretary; Export-Import Manager; Marketing Director.

Description of the situations:

1.English colleagues visit one of Russian firms. The Director General of this firm Mr. E. welcomes the guests.

2.The Director General is introducing his staff to British partners. He is informing Russian colleagues about his idea of broadening their mind.

3.The guests are having a talk with every employee of this company except the secretary. She is absent at the moment.

4.The Director General is interested in the differences between English and Russian managers and what qualities are the most important for real managers.

5.The secretary of this firm comes. She is sorry and meets the new guests too.

6.The Marketing Director and the secretary are discussing the programme about the environmentally friendly office.
