Lake Svityaz

(Аріна - ти молодець)))) На слайди всі розіб’єте самі.)

Svityaz Lake is situated in the Shatsk National Nature Park in Volyn region,. This is the deepest, biggest and one of the cleanest lake in Ukraine.

Svityaz Lake attracts tourists by its sandy beaches, fresh air and the green forest. There you can gather berries and mushrooms. As water in lake is lucid, it is possible to see it to the 8 meters depth. The deepest place in lake is 58.4 meters. Birch and oak forests grow around it and they are reflected in the water. There is an island in the middle of lake, called the Island of Lovers, taking the square of about 7 hectares. The water in the lake contains of silver and glycerin, so it is very useful for health. Here you can also find different fish.

Svityaz looks like the sea, but not only for its size. In windy weather, the waves here reach a half meter height. In this place can develop many kinds of tourism: green tourism, ecological, adventure holidays, beach resort.

It’s a good idea to built there some new hotels. For example hotel with all modern equipment. It will specialize in the rehabilitation of families. Because this region has all necessary nature resource. Building will contain 60 family rooms. The restaurant will offer healthy eating. On the territory will work people that will entertain and care for children, so that parents can relax.

For adults the hotel organized vacation as follows: anyone can play golf, visit gym, sauna, spa. Evening events organized by the theater shows, theme nights, disco.

For the successful development of the resort, we must restore old buildings for recreation and improve service levels. To a great place visited not only Ukrainian but also foreign visitors. There should be a new web site for tourists with a description of services, prices, living conditions in some areas.

There can build airport is very beneficial for people who want to relax, improve your health, but have little time. It is a comfort for foreign tourist.

We hope, that in nearest future Lake Svityaz will became modern international resort.

Thanks for your attention.

Seven natural wonders of Ukraine

Ukraine is a beautiful country full of many natural wonders. But which wonders are the best? This question was put to the test when a panel of Ukrainian experts and a panel of everyday people each voted for their seven favorite natural sites. The results of the poll are listed below. Which site would you most like to visit?

Askanis Nova (Kherson Region)

Located within the dry Taurida steppe near Oleshky Sands in Kherson Region, Ukraine.

The Askania-Nova is a natural reserve, complete with a zoo, botanical garden and a pristine steppe preserve. Many animals roam the reserve, including wild horses, bison, ostriches, llamas, zebras, birds, and many others. The reserve is known for the group of Przewalski's Horse, the largest group kept in captivity.

Granite-Steppe Pobuzhie (Nikolaev Region)

This regional park was founded in 1994 to preserve the region’s many natural treasures. The area is full of impressive rocks and coastal mazes sure to delight adventurers and nature lovers alike. The best slalom route in the plain Eastern Europe runs in here, and rocks and coastal mazes are dream of tourists and sportsmen.

Dniester Canyon (Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankovsk, Ternopol, And Khmelnitzk Regions)

Dniester Canyon is a Landscape Reserve, an outstanding natural monument. Here the mountains are as near to the river Dniester, forming the canyon. In the river-bed of the canyon flows the river, and in some places, the streams break down from the steeps into the river, creating waterfalls, and some sections of the rocks resemble Swiss cheese, entirely in the holes from grottos and caves. The canyon is also a popular site for skydivers.

Marble Caves (Crimea)

Marble Cave has been open to tourists since 1987 and is now the second most visited cave in Europe.

The marble caves are a breathtaking series of caves located in the Crimean Mountains. The caves run to a depth of approximately 60 meters, or 196 feet, and are connected by a series of corridors. Only a small portion of this is open to tourists. Speleologists consider the marble caves to be one of the five most beautiful, tourist-friendly caves in the world. Even speleologists can't see all of Marble Cave as the cavern hasn’t been fully explored. No one is quite sure what lies beyond the cave’s mapped regions.

National Natural Park “Podolskie Tovtry” (Khmelnitzk Region)

In 1996, Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma formed this national nature park in an effort to protect the natural beauties of the land. The area boasts many healthful benefits, including mineral waters and rare plants used for medicinal purposes.
